GlenBridge has the distinction of hosting two cultural programs. Their Russian program opened over 15 years ago and has continued to flourish. Our Russian Program Director works closely with residents, families, primary care physicians and staff to assure a smooth transition to GlenBridge. Special amenities include a Russian library and newspapers, cable TV, nurses, CNA's, social workers and primary care physicians. Russian speaking therapists and physiatrist are dedicated to the success of every patient. GlenBridge also caters a Russian dinner weekly for our Russian population. Our Life Enrichment Staff provide extensive programming that encourages social interaction daily.
GlenBridge's Korean Program has been in existence for ten years. The Korean population has their own chef that enhances daily menu planning. Korean primary care physicians, CNAs, Nurses and Life Enrichment Coordinators , in conjunction with the Korean Program Director, support GlenBridge's program and encourage residents to be active participants in the many activities available. Our Korean therapists are dedicated to each person achieving their maximum rehab potential. The Korean community is very supportive and our residents benefit from clergy visits and services as well as visits from volunteers.
